Balance Aotearoa

The mission of Balance Aotearoa is to promote the wellbeing of those affected by mental health issues.

We do this by:

1. building and maintaining networks.
2. providing information, education, support, training, advocacy, research
3. active collaboration with other organisations and initiatives nationally and internationally

Nga Hau E Wha

Nga Hau E Wha today has a membership of two representatives from each of the four regions (Northern, Midland, Central, Southern) that meet quarterly to learn about each other’s activities and collaborate for people who experience mental illness and/or addiction, to have a voice that is heard on a local, regional and national level
